It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all site polices and terms of service are read and understood prior to purchasing a product through Finding Molly. If the customer does not agree to these terms, it is recommended that they do not enter a legally binding contract within their purchase.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with any order purchase over $50 on our store. Express shipping can be purchased separately at the checkout. If you order a product on the weekend, it will be dispatched the next following business day.
We are continuing to ship orders without delay, However Australia Post may still be experiencing some delays due issues related to the pandemic. We suggest choosing Express at checkout if you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. We ask that you please allow for extra time for delivery during this time. All our products are dispatched from Gold Coast, QLD and shipping times may differ between states. We are very thankful for your understanding of these issues.

We offer same day Shipping for orders made before 12pm. Please send us a message if you have any questions regarding same day shipping.

NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM?
If you have not received your item please email us with your full name and order number and we will evaluate the situation immediately. With most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and your parcel will be waiting at your nearest post office/pick up location awaiting collection.
