Refund Policy
Finding Molly provides each customer with 100% money back guarantee if your product has been damaged prior collection and within 10 days of delivery. We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your product. Customers are responsible for the return postage fees.
Upon assessing your returned package, the products will be carefully examined and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within one week. We do not offer returns or refunds on our products if you have a change of mind, we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
- The product must be free of stains, body odour etc
- The product must still have the original packaging it came in
Missing Parcels
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their order is sent to a secure location such as a locked mailbox. Finding Molly does not provide refunds or replacement on products stolen, lost or missing after confirmed delivery.
